Job summary

OXBO is seeking a Junior Asset Manager to support the management of its operational renewable energy and BESS portfolio in the UK. The role offers exposure to technical, commercial and financial aspects of asset management and a chance to develop within a growing investment-led business.

You will work on monitoring performance, coordinating with O&M providers, and assisting in contract management while building relationships with investors and grid operators.

Qualifications

• Understanding of renewable energy assets and their operational lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and commercial skills.
• Experience with contractors, suppliers or external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor technical and commercial performance of operational assets.
• Collaborate with O&M providers, contractors and external service providers.
• Support management of commercial contracts and supplier relationships.
• Track asset performance, budgets, risks and opportunities.
• Engage with investors, landowners and grid companies.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and value.
• Support acquisitions, due diligence and integration of new assets.
