As Junior Art Director, you’ll support the creative team in producing beautifully crafted assets across all channels. This is a role for a visually obsessed storyteller with a love of the beauty space and an eagerness to grow. You'll bring fresh ideas, collaborate on campaigns, and help bring the brand’s aesthetic to life across digital.

So, what will you be doing?

Assist in the development of content and visuals under the guidance of senior creatives
Creative ideation and rollout of brand assets across digital and social platforms
Help source imagery, build moodboards, and support creative presentations
Participate in photoshoots, helping with styling, lighting, and art direction tasks
Oversee elements of post-production including retouching, grading and edits
Actioning feedback and amends to a high standard.
Positive attitude with a desire to learn new skills, inquisitive mind for new tools
Stay ahead of visual trends in beauty, fashion, and culture to inform creative work
