The successful Junior Architectural Technician will have completed a relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology and will possess excellent technical abilities. You will be confident supporting the project teams and will be proficient using AutoCAD.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Junior Architectural Technician:

1. A relevant degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology.
2. Proficiency in AutoCAD.
3. Strong technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
4. Basic understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
6. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
7. Previous experience or internships in an architectural firm is a plus, but not required.
8. Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, and documents.
9. Collaborate with senior architects and designers to develop detailed design solutions.
10. Conduct site visits and assist in the preparation of reports and documentation.
11. Support the project team in the coordination of various project elements.
