They are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and ambitious Junior Architectural Technician who is looking to kickstart their career within the construction industry and join them in their Stevenage offices.

To be successful in applying for the role of Junior Architectural Technician, you will need a degree within Architectural technology, with relevant post qualification experience bolstering your application. Experience with Revit and AutoCAD is essential, whilst experience working on projects within the residential sector across a range of RIBA work stages would be advantageous. Strong technical and design skills will be needed, as well as the ability to work well independently and within a team.

Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the Role:

1. Degree within Architectural Technology
2. Understanding of UK building regulations
3. Post qualification experience in a relevant role is beneficial but not essential

5. Excellent communication and organisational skills
6. Good detailing and design skills
7. Good technical skills and strong attention to detail
8. Ability to work well independently and within a team
