Job summary

Reply, Inc. is seeking a Junior Accounts Receivable Consultant to manage end-to-end AR processes for multiple Reply entities, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely collections using SAP and GECO. You will be the primary finance contact for customers and collaborate with partners to resolve issues.

The role supports period-end closings, audits, and process improvements. A degree in Accounting and strong Excel skills are preferred as you grow in a finance-focused consulting environment in the UK.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Willingness to learn and develop in finance roles
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities
• Proficient with MS Excel and ERP systems (prefer SAP)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end AR processes for designated Reply entities.
• Issue and credit notes in SAP and GECO, confirming details with Partners.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to inquiries from customers.
• Reconcile AR ledgers in SAP with accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with Partners and managers on AR issues and escalations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities with AR data and reports.
• Assist during audits by providing AR data and explanations.
• Continuously improve AR processes with accuracy and timeliness.
