Our client is a global marketing giant, offering a fantastic opportunity to join the Commercial Compliance team as a Junior Commercial Analyst. You'll work alongside experienced Commercial Managers and collaborate with client facing teams to maintain financial accuracy, ensure contractual obligations are met, and support the organisation's commercial objectives. This role combines compliance oversight with commercial awareness, making it ideal for someone who wants to understand both the detail and the bigger picture.

Key Responsibilities
Contract & Financial Compliance
  • Support the preparation of regular client reports and declarations as required by contractual agreements
  • Help manage and reduce outstanding supplier reconciliations by working with internal client teams
  • Review financial positions before formal reporting to identify and mitigate potential risks
  • Maintain accurate records and tracking systems for client reporting cycles
  • Process payment documentation and coordinate financial transfers
Audit Support
  • Work with external auditors during client review processes
  • Gather and organise financial records and supporting evidence ahead of scheduled audits
  • Respond to auditor queries promptly and liaise with relevant teams
  • Coordinate internal preparation meetings to ensure teams are audit-ready
  • Help implement improvements identified through audit findings
