Job summary

Neuberger is seeking a Junior AI Software Engineer to join the Fixed Income Technology team in London. You will design, develop, and deploy AI-powered capabilities that drive real business impact, working with stakeholders, engineering, and data teams to build scalable, production-grade AI systems.

You will help build dashboards, integrate LLMs, and work on prompt engineering, fine-tuning, MCP servers, and RAG architectures while maintaining code quality and applying best practices in a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, machine learning, or related quantitative field.
• 1–2 years of professional software development experience, ideally building and deploying AI solutions in production.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/agentic frameworks, FastAPI, Flask, Pandas, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP Servers, RAG systems.
