Sparta Global is recruiting a Junior AI Engineer to assist in designing, developing and deploying AI-driven solutions for diverse client projects. You will work with senior engineers and data scientists on model training, data prep, feature engineering and code integration.

You will analyse data, communicate insights to stakeholders and contribute to governance and secure data practices in a fast-paced consultancy setting. A growth mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Proven ability in Python and related ML libraries.
• Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity about AI.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a consultancy environment.

Aufgaben

• Support design, development and deployment of AI-driven solutions for clients.
• Build, train and evaluate ML models; handle data preparation and feature engineering.
• Write clean, well-documented code and integrate AI solutions into client systems.
• Analyze data to identify patterns and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
