Adlib Recruitment's client, a Bournemouth-based B2B creative marketing agency, is seeking a Junior Designer with an interest in utilising AI tools to power campaigns and design work for leading brands.

In this AI Creative role you’ll support idea development across campaigns, digital projects and social content, using AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation while staying rooted in human-led craft. This on-site role offers progression opportunities and exposure to cutting-edge tools.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating strong ideas and visual execution.
• Experience in a creative agency environment preferred.
• Confident using Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Experience with generative AI tools in a creative process.
• Experience creating digital, social or campaign assets.
• Exposure to motion design or video/animation projects.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• A collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support development of ideas across integrated campaigns and digital projects.
