Job Title: Junior Administration Assistant

Location: Harlow

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

Salary: £27,000 per annum

My client is seeking a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to join their busy office on a permanent, full-time basis. This newly created position comes as part of an internal restructure, following the retirement of the current Business Manager.

The role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their administrative skills in a varied and supportive office environment. You'll be involved in a wide range of duties across finance, sales, and general office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting day-to-day office administration
  • Assisting with basic finance and sales-related tasks
  • Maintaining records and filing systems
  • Handling general correspondence and communications
  • Supporting colleagues and management with ad-hoc administrative duties
