Responsibilities

• Daily banking reconciled to departmental end-of-day returns.
• Matching and processing parts purchase invoices.
• Reconciliation of suppliers' statements to purchase ledger accounts.
• Processing payment requests and making payments.
• Document scanning and filing.
• Sales Administration cover.
• Other ad-hoc duties as required.
