The Role

To meet the growing demand for our technology and services, we are now seeking a French Speaking Junior Account Manager to join us. Being one of the fastest growing Fintech businesses globally we are looking for exceptionally talented and self-motivated individual who has a desire to build a career within the Company.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with our merchants, helping them apply for funding their business
• Communicating with business owners daily, ensuring they have all the necessary information to submit their applications
• Explaining the financing offers we make and answering any questions the customer has throughout the process
• Working with a variety of enterprise technology platforms and YouLend proprietary solutions to process applications
  
  
  

Requirements

Key skills needed for this role

• Target-driven with a strong sales mindset
• Excellent communication skills - with the ability to interact via phone and email
• Comfortable in Microsoft excel
• Customer focused mindset
• Fluent in French
  
  
  

Salary range: £30,000 + £7000 annual bonus based on performance
