A leading software consultancy is seeking a Junior Account Manager to support key clients in the UK MOD and Defence industry. We are the Information Intelligence Group (IIG) of CACI UK, a specialist software consultancy providing new bespoke solutions to solve our customers complex operational problems. Working as part of the Defence stream at CACI IIG, we are looking for a Junior Account Manager to play a leading role in our growing team.

The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Defence Senior Account Manager, we are looking to provide support and training in order to give someone the tools to become an effective Account Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support key accounts, building relationships with customers across UK MOD and Defence Industry partners, with a specific focus on the delivery of Digital solutions. You will work closely with our long-standing customers, helping to ensure projects are delivered to high levels of satisfaction and maintaining CACI IIG’s position as their partner of choice. Working closely with the Business Development team, you will look for opportunities to develop new business within the current customer base.

Role Location:
CACI works in a hybrid way, from one of our offices across the UK or from home, you decide. For this opportunity, you will be required to make regular visits to our Bristol office, plus visits to customers as required.
The Fit:
We are seeking a proactive, driven individual with a genuine passion for building a career in Account Management. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on delivering outstanding service and client satisfaction. A keen interest in the IT and Digital space, particularly areas such as Architecture, Cloud, and Application Development.

You will have:
Due to the industries we work in, we require the successful candidate to be able to obtain high level security clearance. To qualify for this, you must be a British citizen and have lived permanently in the UK for the last 5 years.
