Job summary

Crew Clothing Company is seeking a Junior Accessories Designer in Kingston-on-Thames. The role supports the design team to create original, on-brand, and commercial accessories that align with our customer positioning and business strategy.

You will help develop strong seasonal ranges, collaborate with Product and Merchandising, and ensure designs fit supply capabilities. The position is 37.5 hours with four days in the office and one day from home.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar brand or comparable retailer in a design role.
• Fashion design degree or equivalent qualification.
• Able to influence and communicate effectively with strong people skills.
• Proficient in design software: Illustrator, Photoshop; good knowledge of Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support the design function in delivering strong seasonal product ranges that are on-brand and commercial.
• Develop product that can be commercialised and aligns with range balance.
• Contribute to seasonal research and inspiration to keep ranges fresh.
