We’re on the lookout for a cheerful, customer-focused Juice Bar Manager to be the heart and soul

of our in-house juice bar! If you love creating fresh juices and smoothies, enjoy brightening people’s

day, and have top-notch attention to detail, efficiency, and cleanliness—this is the role for you.

As the face of our juice bar, you’ll play a key role in making our office the best place to work in

Brighton. You’ll be serving up daily doses of vitamins and joy, welcoming our incredible team and

international guests with a smile, and ensuring our juice bar runs smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and serving fresh juices, smoothies, and other tuck shop essentials.
• Ordering and managing stock from our trusted suppliers.
• Running the juice bar independently—including opening and closing.
• Keeping up with the pace—ensuring speedy, top-quality service.
• Managing the till, tracking trends, and reporting insights to the workspace manager.
• Being a shining beacon of positivity—you set the vibe!
• Representing Octopus with a smart and professional attitude.
• Training others in juice-making and bar operations.
• Maintaining top hygiene and cleanliness (food hygiene training provided if needed).
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

What We’re Looking For

• ️ Experience in a food/beverage setting (bonus if you’ve worked with fresh juices!).
• ️ A passion for hospitality, great food, and spreading good vibes.
• ️ Confidence in customer service—you thrive on interactions!
• ️ Reliability, organization, and the ability to work independently.
• ️ A proactive, can-do attitude that makes things happen.
• ️ Availability to start early and work 30 hours per week (8:30 AM – 2:30 PM).

Base salary £19,920
