We’re a one-stop luxury convenience store for people seeking superlative coffee, bread, pastries and incredible groceries. We offer cult brands, undiscovered wonders and exclusive products developed in-house. We deliver these goods locally in under 15 minutes and anywhere in London next day via our website.

About the Barista Role

Our Baristas are brand ambassadors, providing superb hospitality to our customers whilst ensuring the quality of every cup of coffee we serve. Our Baristas are also involved in helping our retail team during any down time. We run a brand new Marzocco Linea PB3 alongside two Mahlkonig GBWs and a PUQ Press. We serve two blends for white and black coffees roasted for us by Workshop Coffee.

Responsibilities

1. Team Player - Help contribute to a positive and engaging workplace, where each team member feels welcomed and respected.
2. Hospitality – Create a friendly atmosphere that puts our stores at the centre of community life.
3. Service - Deliver exceptional drinks from our coffee and juice bar each and every time.

What You’ll Bring

Hospitality and a people-first mindset. Strong communication skills, and an ability to connect with all levels of the organization. Zen ability to sweat the small stuff but remain calm under pressure. Drive to take on new challenges with the self-motivation for your work and career that inspires others. Passion and excitement for exceptional food and drink. 1+ years of specialty coffee experience.

What We’ll Give You

Starting at £13.50/hour. An opportunity to grow with us as we rapidly scale. Looking for Full Time and Part Time positions.
