Qualifications

• Native/local market language plus fluent professional English.

• Familiarity with online marketplaces and agile learning.

Responsibilities

• Proactive merchant acquisition through outreach, market mapping and BD.
• Creative pitching and negotiation addressing logistics and platform costs.
• Structured analysis of merchant data, traffic, and market trends.
• Cross-border consulting on international trade and compliance.
• Deliver measurable results with KPIs on onboarding conversions.
