Are you a Maryland Licensed Journeyman Electrician passionate about solar energy and electrical work? Join our growing team dedicated to building a sustainable future through clean, reliable solar power!

What You’ll Do:

1. Install and maintain solar PV systems – panels, inverters, batteries, conduit, and mounting boxes
2. Perform electrical work related to solar installations (wiring, circuits, service connections)
3. Troubleshoot and diagnose performance issues
4. Conduct site assessments and support optimal system design
5. Ensure full code compliance and uphold safety standards
6. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and permitting teams
7. Clearly communicate with clients regarding system performance and operation
8. Maintain records and assist with permit documentation

What You’ll Need:

1. Valid Maryland Journeyman Electrician License
2. Solar PV experience (not required – we’ll train the right person)
3. Strong knowledge of NEC and safety protocols
4. Ability to work independently or with a crew
5. Professional communication and a can-do attitude
