Our UK leading banking client is looking for a Customer Journey Developer to join their team on an initial 6-month contract.

Duties to include:

1. Understand the customer journey front to back, acting as a proxy for the customer and ensuring that the UX/UI is designed with the customer in mind.
2. Consider and react to customer research and merchant feedback.
3. Perform discovery and design work for the ingestion of basic and premium AI systems internally, supporting the franchises to adopt/utilize OB to optimise their current customer journeys, both short and long term.
4. Focus on the customer, their journey experience, removal of friction and ambiguity within the journey, ensuring seamless experiences and positive outcomes.
5. Identify minimum requirements.
