BBC Wales News in Cardiff is seeking a Journalist to join the Wales Today team. You will help produce bulletins across shifts, including weekends, and collaborate with reporters to bring stories to air in an engaging way. PROPOSED SALARY RANGE: £32,000 - £34,500 per annum depending on relevant skills, knowledge and experience. The expected salary range for this role reflects internal benchmarking and external market insights.

You will work towards producing some of our bulletins across a range of shifts, including weekends. You will also work with reporters and correspondents to bring their stories to air in an engaging and informative way. There will be opportunities to develop your own stories for broadcast across a range of platforms.
You will be joining a close-knit, supportive and professional team delivering news to a big audience 7 days a week from morning to late. It is a hugely rewarding and varied role.
You will have previous experience working in a busy newsroom and a genuine interest in and knowledge of Welsh news and current affairs.
