Job summary

Joules is seeking a temporary Sales Assistant for the festive season in a Worcester store. You’ll help create a welcoming shopping experience and develop a solid understanding of Joules products while delivering excellent customer service.

Flexible working options include weekends or weekdays; contracts may run up to 17 weeks. You’ll be part of a friendly team, supporting store operations and helping customers find items they love.

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a team.
• Positive attitude and good communication throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and answer questions to help them find items.
• Process transactions at the till and handle basic cash tasks.
• Maintain store presentation, stock and product displays.
• Support store operations and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience.

You’ll develop a strong understanding of Joules products and use your knowledge, enthusiasm, and friendly approach to deliver excellent customer service.

Flexible working options are available, with opportunities to work weekends, weekdays, or a combination of both. Fixed-term contracts are expected to range up to 17 weeks in duration. Each individual store will confirm the available contract length during the application process.

About the Role:

As part of the team, you’ll be the face of Joules, helping to create a shopping experience that reflects our brand and meets our customers’ needs. We don’t just sell clothes – we help our customers find items that allow them to feel like the most original version of themselves, as well as discovering perfect gifts for their friends and family.

Whether you’re chatting with customers or helping them find something they love, you’ll do it with a smile.
