Job Opportunity: Joinery Paint Sprayer
Location: Orpington

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Joinery Paint Sprayer to join our growing team. Working within a busy workshop environment, you will be responsible for preparing and spraying high-quality bespoke joinery products to the highest finish standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Spray finishing of joinery products using a variety of coatings (primers, lacquers, paints)

* Surface preparation including sanding and filling

* Colour matching and mixing paints when necessary

* Working to production deadlines while maintaining quality standards

* Ensuring a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 years' experience in spray finishing within a joinery or similar environment

* Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering a top-quality finish

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Knowledge of different finishing products and application techniques

* Commitment to health and safety protocols
