Job Opportunity: Joinery Paint SprayerLocation: Orpington

Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 5 years

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Joinery Paint Sprayer to join our growing team. Working within a busy workshop environment, you will be responsible for preparing and spraying high-quality bespoke joinery products to the highest finish standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spray finishing of joinery products using a variety of coatings (primers, lacquers, paints)
  • Surface preparation including sanding and filling
  • Colour matching and mixing paints when necessary
  • Working to production deadlines while maintaining quality standards
  • Ensuring a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in spray finishing within a joinery or similar environment
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering a top-quality finish
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of different finishing products and application techniques
  • Commitment to health and safety protocols
