JDH Joinery is a bespoke joinery business specialising in high-end, custom-made projects. Operating from a fully equipped 6000 sq ft workshop, we work with a wide range of materials to deliver top-tier craftsmanship for our clients.

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Joinery Workshop Supervisor to support the Workshop Manager and lead a small team in delivering high-quality, bespoke joinery. This dynamic role blends design, machine operation, procurement, and team supervision, offering an exciting opportunity to be involved in all stages of production.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee CNC, beam saw, and edgebander operations
• Manage procurement, scheduling, and health & safety
• Estimate, negotiate, and plan project workflows
• Maintain quality control throughout production
• Support joinery assembly, finishing, and logistics
• Lead and mentor operatives, ensuring efficient output
