Job summary

Cube Install Ltd. is seeking a Joinery Supervisor to lead carpentry teams across UK sites, ensuring high-quality joinery installation and strict QA adherence.

The role is predominantly site-based (80%), with 20% office duties in planning, reporting and materials coordination. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, safety compliance, and the ability to read technical drawings, with full UK driving licence and CSCS Black card.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial site surveys and client meetings.
• Perform site readiness inspections and supervise installation teams on live projects.
• Act as main contact for installation crews and liaise with clients and project teams.
• Ensure workmanship meets QA standards and company procedures.
• Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with production, design and commercial teams.
• Train and develop installation staff to maintain productivity and safety.
• Office duties: planning, reporting, coordinating materials and supporting project administration.

Job description

We are a specialist joinery subcontractor established in 2016 and based in Rackheath, Norfolk. We offer a range of product services, including cubicles, IPS and vanity units, to clients and main contractors throughout the UK.

We are currently seeking a Joinery Supervisor, who will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high‑quality carpentry and joinery projects across multiple sites throughout the UK. This role will be approximately 80% field‑based and will include the following:

• Initial site surveys and client meetings
• Site readiness inspections
• Supervising installation teams on live projects
• Acting as the main point of contact for installation teams
• Ensuring workmanship meets company standards in accordance with QA procedures
• Resolving on‑site issues while liaising with clients and project teams
• Training and developing installation teams

The remaining 20% office‑based duties include planning, reporting, coordinating materials, and supporting project administration.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced carpenter/joiner with strong leadership skills, capable of managing teams, maintaining productivity, and ensuring safe, compliant working practices.

Skills & Experience Required
