Job summary

Morgan Jones Recruitment Consultants is seeking an Apprenticeship Skills Tutor Joinery for a permanent role in Worksop. This position offers a competitive salary, extensive holiday and pension benefits, and clear career progression in a supportive environment.

You will deliver training and coaching to apprentices, conduct workplace assessments, monitor Learner progress and help learners achieve apprenticeship standards across North Nottinghamshire.

Qualifications

• Experience in joinery/woodworking trades and learner support.
• Commitment to developing apprentices toward achievement of standards.
• Willingness to pursue teaching and assessment qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training, coaching and mentoring sessions for apprentices.
• Conduct workplace assessments and progress reviews.
• Support apprentices to achieve apprenticeship standards.
• Monitor learner progress through digital systems/portfolios.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to learners.
• Build relationships with employers and learners across the region.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Contribute to high-quality apprenticeship delivery.

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in relevant trade
