Job summary

Londinium Recruitment is seeking a Joinery Estimator for a well-established Essex-based joinery manufacturer. The role focuses on preparing accurate estimates for bespoke and manufactured joinery across residential and commercial projects, with a varied workload and strong client collaboration.

The successful candidate will price joinery packages from drawings, specs, and schedules, while understanding materials, manufacturing processes, and associated costs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Joinery Estimator.
• Strong background within manufactured/bespoke joinery.
• Experience pricing joinery packages from drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Good understanding of materials, manufacturing processes and associated costs.
• Experience across residential and/or commercial projects.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Able to manage multiple tenders and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for bespoke and manufactured joinery projects, working with clients, suppliers, designers and the project team.

Joinery Estimator

Location: Essex

Salary: £60,000-£80,000 DOE

Type: Permanent

Sector: Bespoke / Manufactured Joinery

A well-established joinery manufacturer based in Essex is looking to add an experienced Joinery Estimator to their team as they continue to strengthen the business. With around 100 employees and an experienced office team, the company operates across a mixture of residential and commercial projects, with approximately 90% of their work across London. Project values range from £10k up to £2m, providing a varied tendering and estimating workload across a broad range of joinery packages.

The Role

As Joinery Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for bespoke and manufactured joinery projects, working closely with clients, suppliers, designers and the wider project team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a manufacturer-led joinery background who understands the detail involved in pricing bespoke joinery and wants to join an established, relaxed business.
