Job summary

Bimplus in Essex is recruiting a Joinery Estimator to price bespoke and manufactured joinery for a mix of residential and commercial projects. You’ll price from drawings and specifications, manage tenders and liaise with clients, suppliers and the project team.

The role offers a long-term career within an established, relaxed business, with projects ranging from £10k to £2m and London-based work. Salary £60k-£80k DOE.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Joinery Estimator.
• Strong background within manufactured/bespoke joinery.
• Experience pricing joinery packages from drawings, specifications and schedules.
• Good understanding of materials, manufacturing processes and associated costs.
• Experience across residential and/or commercial projects.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Able to manage multiple tenders and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for bespoke and manufactured joinery projects.
• Work closely with clients, suppliers, designers and the wider project team.
