Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of joinery work on social housing contracts.
• Work on tenanted and void properties, primarily tenanted.
• Handle 1st and 2nd fix joinery tasks.

Joiner– Barnsley

37 Hours per week

£15.51 per hour PAYE

£19.13 Umbrella

Joiner required for social housing contract, must have CSCS, Full UK License (no more than 3 points, must have DBS check or willing to obtain.

Working Hours Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.

Duties

• Kitchens
• All Aspect of joinery work on social housing contract
• Customer services skills
• Tennented and Void properties, mainly tennented.
