BELFOR UK Ltd is seeking a skilled Multi Trader to deliver high-quality multi-trade works across residential and SME properties, restoring pre-loss conditions to the highest standards.

You will travel across the UK to support national project delivery, work on-site with a strong emphasis on safety, customer service, and cost-conscious project execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high-quality multi-trade works.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently on-site.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage time, materials, and costs effectively.
• Understanding of Health & Safety requirements and safe working practices.
• Relevant trade qualification or demonstrable experience in multi-trade roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality multi-trade works that meet BELFOR UK standards and customer expectations.
• Restore properties efficiently and safely to pre-loss condition.
• Manage materials, tools, and time to support profitability.
• Complete accurate documentation, including job sheets and site reports.
• Communicate clearly with customers, the Service Centre, and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Provide flexible support to other Multi Traders as needed.
• Participate in toolbox talks, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel across the UK as required to support national project delivery.

Your Tasks

BELFOR provides a comprehensive service for a variety of insurance companies by reinstating their customers’ homes after flood or fire damage. The Multi Trader restores properties to pre-loss condition using broad trade skills, manages labour and materials effectively, and consistently delivers excellent customer service, supporting project profitability and strong customer outcomes.

• Deliver high-quality multi-trade works that meet BELFOR UK standards and customer expectations.
