Job summary

BELFOR Europe GmbH in the UK is recruiting for a skilled Multi Trader to restore homes after flood or fire damage. You will deliver high-quality multi-trade works and manage materials, time and costs on site.

Travel across the UK as required to support national project delivery. You will document job sheets, site reports, and communicate clearly with customers, the Service Centre, and colleagues, while adhering to safety and environmental procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high-quality multi-trade works.
• Ability to work independently on-site and manage priorities.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in managing time, materials, and costs on site.
• Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality multi-trade works to BELFOR UK standards and customer expectations.
• Restore residential and SME properties to pre-loss condition efficiently and safely.
• Manage materials, tools, and time effectively to support project profitability.
• Complete accurate documentation, including job sheets and site reports.
• Communicate clearly with customers, the Service Centre, and colleagues throughout each project.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures.
• Provide flexible support to other Multi Traders as needed.
• Participate in toolbox talks, training sessions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Travel across the UK when required to support national project delivery.

Your Tasks

BELFOR provides a comprehensive service for a variety of insurance companies by reinstating their customers’ homes after flood or fire damage. The Multi Trader restores properties to pre-loss condition using broad trade skills, manages labour and materials effectively, and consistently delivers excellent customer service, supporting project profitability and strong customer outcomes.
