Job summary

Kingdom Group is seeking a Joiner to maintain homes within the Kingdom Group and support our Asset Operations Team. You will perform joinery maintenance and repairs in properties and offices, participate in the on-call rota, and handle multi-skilled tasks such as basic plumbing and plastering.

Qualifications

• Completed 4-year apprenticeship in relevant trade (SCQF 6).
• Experience in a Joiner role.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations.
• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of the Asset Operations Team to deliver joinery services.
• Carry out joinery maintenance and repair in properties and offices.
• Participate in the emergency on-call rota.
• Carry out multi-skilled work, including basic plumbing and plastering.
• Provide routine and emergency repairs in customers' homes and void properties.
