Job summary

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a Joiner-Multi Trade professional for a 3-month contract with a Local Authority based in Clifton/Nottingham. You’ll deliver joinery and multi-trade installations, upgrades, maintenance and repairs in managed properties, with on-site work 37 hours per week.

You’ll coordinate other trades, manage stock, complete records, and ensure health and safety compliance. DBS and driving licence are required, with on-site duties in Nottingham.

Qualifications

• Extensive post-qualification joinery experience.
• Recent multi-trade work experience (plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting).
• Proven track record in a customer-focused, target-driven service.
• Understanding of current Health and Safety requirements.
• Ability to use computerised data recording equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Joinery/Multi Trade installations, upgrades, maintenance, and repairs in managed properties.
• Coordinate the services of other trades to ensure a seamless service.
• Manage stock and supplies to prevent delays.
• Complete and return documentation within agreed timescales.
• Identify efficiencies and gaps in service delivery and report them.
• Ensure activities comply with Health & Safety legislation.
• Provide relief cover for colleagues as required.
