Places for People in London area is seeking a qualified joiner to carry out joinery installations and repairs in domestic properties using a company van and equipped with PPE and tools.

You will work in occupied and void homes with a structured schedule, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and compliance while contributing to team performance and KPIs. A stable, permanent role with benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Joinery.
• Experience working as a Joiner in social housing or domestic properties.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Must be based within the advertised postcode area.

Responsibilities

• Carry out joinery installations and repairs in domestic properties.
• Complete work such as doors, kitchens, flooring and internal fittings.
• Work to specifications and agreed standards.
• Protect customers' homes and belongings while working.
• Record work activity and complete required documentation.
• Support apprentices and contribute to KPIs.
