Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking two experienced Fire Door Joiners for an immediate start on a student accommodation project in Newcastle City Centre. The role covers installation and remedial works on fire doors within occupied accommodation, with strict adherence to fire safety regs.

Rate £30+ per hour, negotiable based on experience, and a 4-6 week duration with ASAP start. CSCS Blue/Gold and UKATA certificates are essential.

Qualifications

• CSCS Blue or Gold card required.
• UKATA Asbestos Awareness Certificate required.
• Proven experience with fire door installation and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Installation and remedial works on fire doors.
