Heatcare Oil & Gas Ltd, a Cardo Group company, is currently recruiting a Joiner to work in the Moray/Highlands area on long-term contracts.

Responsibilities

• Perform 1st and 2nd fix joinery works in occupied and void properties (e.g., doors, windows, skirting, kitchen units, floorboards).
• Complete repairs and maintenance to a high standard following work orders and specifications.
• Install, repair, or replace wooden structures and fixtures including doors, floors, partitions, staircases, and roofing timbers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including safe use of tools and equipment.
• Work effectively within a team and communicate professionally with tenants, site managers, and colleagues.
• Accurately complete job sheets, timesheets, and relevant records.
• Conduct inspections and assessments of work needed, including measurements and materials.
• Maintain tools and equipment, reporting issues promptly.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safeguarding protocols.

Skills & Experience

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry and Joinery (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of basic multi-trade work (e.g., tiling, plastering, basic plumbing).
• Proven joinery experience, ideally in social housing or domestic settings.
• Full UK driving license (company van may be provided).
• Strong awareness of Health & Safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
