Job Description

Our client in Elgin is looking to add an experienced Joiner to their team. You will be based in the Elgin area, working as part of our client’s property maintenance teams.

The working hours will be:

• Monday – Friday
• 08:30-16:00

The pay rate will be: £16.50 per hour

Responsibilities include:

• Performing general carpentry maintenance and improvements to domestic and void properties.
• Working in bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas to deliver high-quality work exceeding industry standards.
• Delivering the highest quality maintenance joinery work.
• Pre-inspecting and diagnosing selected repair requirements.
• Ensuring repairs and maintenance works are undertaken considerately within agreed timescales, meeting customer satisfaction and needs.

Candidate requirements:

• Attainment of an SVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Joinery/Carpentry.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Full UK Driving License.
