Job summary

Build Recruitment is assisting a leading Social Housing contractor in Blackburn to recruit a skilled Joiner on a contract basis. Core hours are 8am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday, with overtime paid at enhanced rates.

The role covers joinery repairs and maintenance across sites in Blackburn, requiring City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent, a full UK driving license, and a commitment to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds/NVQ or equivalent is ESSENTIAL.
• Joinery experience is ESSENTIAL.
• Full UK Driving License is ESSENTIAL.

Responsibilities

• Working throughout Blackburn.
• Joinery repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct regular quality checks.
• Following health and safety regulations.
• Restocking materials.
