Job summary

Build Recruitment seeks a Joiner for a social housing contract in Skelmersdale and surrounding areas. You will perform joinery tasks in void and tenanted properties on planned and reactive maintenance projects.

The ideal candidate holds an NVQ Level 2 in Joinery and a CSCS card, with a valid UK driving license to access sites across the region.

Qualifications

At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK.

Our client is looking for a Joiner to join their team working on a social housing contract in Skelmersdale and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will be working on a Social Housing contract in planned and reactive maintenance on both void and tenanted properties. The successful joiner will have experience in Social housing projects and hold their NVQ L2 or equivalent in joinery.

Pay rate - £20.27PH CIS

The role comes with a company van and fuel card.
