Job summary

TSR Recruitment Limited is seeking experienced Joiners to join our team on long-term social housing projects. You will perform 1st and 2nd fix joinery, kitchen installations and related finishing works.

Requirements include a valid CSCS card, checkable references, ability to work independently or as part of a team, and owning tools/transport preferred. Immediate starts available with £23.00 per hour on offer.

Qualifications

• Previous social housing experience is desirable.
• Valid CSCS Card is required.
• Checkable work references are preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• 1st & 2nd fix joinery.
• Kitchen installations.
• Bathroom boxing-in.
• Door undercutting.
• Installing loft hatches.
• Carry out basic multi-trade works including plastering and painting when required.

Joiners - Social Housing Projects

We are currently looking for experienced Joiners to join our team working on long-term social housing projects.

Duties will predominatly be finishing works but will also include:

• 1st & 2nd fix joinery
• Kitchen installations
• Bathroom boxing-in
• Door undercutting
• Installing loft hatches
• Carrying out basic multi-trade works, including plastering and painting where required
