L'Enclume,located in the beautiful village of Cartmel in the Lake District has been awarded 3 Michelin stars, 1 Michelin Green star, 5AA Rosettes and voted #1 restaurant in the world by La Liste 2025. We pride ourselves on serving exceptional local and seasonal ingredients via our carefully curated tasting menus and delivering an outstanding experience for our guests. We are open 5 days a week for Dinner - Tuesday - Saturday and for Lunch - Wednesday - Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.

The Role

We are currently recruiting for a Demi Chef de Rang to join our team at the restaurant. The role will involve running a busy section for service, delivering an exceptional guest experience as well as mentoring junior members of the team.

We are keen to hear from applicants with experience in similar high-quality establishments, a passion for food, beverage and customer service and a drive to develop themselves and their careers further.
