Job summary

L'Enclume in Cartmel, a Michelin-starred restaurant, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager and develop the front-of-house team.

You will lead service, coach staff, run rota planning, and help maintain exceptional standards while ensuring smooth daily operations.

The role includes 52 hours over 4 days with an OTE of £45,000 plus monthly tron and private healthcare, in a renowned Lakes District setting.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' management experience in a Michelin-starred or similarly high-quality restaurant.
• A natural leader with excellent communication skills.
• Passion for food, wine and hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
• Experience with reservations systems, POS systems and restaurant operations.
• A calm, professional presence and a genuine desire to develop others.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-of-house during service and support the Restaurant Manager.

# Assistant Restaurant Manager at L'Enclume## Front of House L'Enclume## The Lakes### We're looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join the team at L'Enclume, in the quaint village of Cartmel, in the Lake District.
