Minerva Appointments Ltd in North Yorkshire seeks a qualified Job Running Architect (RIBA/ARB) or Architectural Technologist/Technician (CIAT) to join a growing practice delivering projects across Commercial, Retail and Food Manufacturing sectors. You will lead job running with direct client interface and collaborate with senior colleagues on sizeable schemes.

Experience in private practice is essential, with Revit experience an advantage.

Qualifications

• Qualified Job Running Architect (RIBA/ARB) or Architectural Technologist/Technician (CIAT).
• Experience in private practice highly desirable.
• Direct client interface and leadership of schemes on sizeable projects.
• Revit experience is an added advantage.

Job Description:

This is a great opportunity for a qualified Job Running Architect (RIBA/ARB) or Architectural Technologist/Technician (CIAT) to join this "going places" Practice in North Yorkshire.

You will be joining an ever growing team, currently at circa 50 strong, of professionals of varying levels of experience and qualifications.

Supported by a strong management team you will be working alongside other senior colleagues engaged on a variety of sizable projects within the Commercial, Retail and Food Manufacturing sectors.

Person Specification:

Lots of great experience needed for this role as you will be at the forefront job running schemes with direct Client interface.

If you have experience of Revit an added advantage but a proven background within Private Practice is the "requisite" for this exciting career opportunity.
