Job summary

London Training Centre is seeking a dedicated employment services professional to assist clients with job readiness, resume writing, and interview preparation. You will collect labour market information and provide consulting services to community groups and partner organizations.

The role requires strong client focus, reliable collaboration with agencies, and the ability to work at a community-based employment centre with non-profit settings. A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are useful.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years is required.
• Experience in community-based career planning or related services is beneficial.
• Strong communication and client service skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Identify barriers to employment and assist clients with job readiness, resume writing, and interview preparation.
• Collect labour market information for clients regarding job openings and requirements.
• Provide consulting services to community groups and agencies and refer clients to additional services as needed.
• Liaise with community agencies or partners to identify and provide referrals.
