Job summary

Lighthouse Learning Trust in Southampton is seeking a committed Part-time Job Coach to support young people on their internships and move towards paid work. You will work across the Trust's colleges, assisting learners in workplace placements and helping employers understand how to support their development.

The role is term-time (39+3 weeks), 21.5 hours per week, with a salary around LLT Spine Point 23 (£26,817 FTE) or £14,414 actual, pro-rated. Driving license is required and DBS checks apply.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about supporting and guiding young people.
• Ideally hold a qualification in Supported Employment and Systematic Instruction training (training provided for the right candidate).

Responsibilities

• Support young people during workplace placements to enable progression to paid work.
• Work across Lighthouse Learning Trust colleges to assist learners and liaise with employers.
