Inspire Education Group (IEG) is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to help young people with SEND progress into paid employment in Peterborough. You will assess strengths, address barriers and work with employers to create quality placements and ongoing support.
The role is fixed term, term-time only, 11 hours per week, with safeguarding, progress reviews and strict record-keeping. DBS checks apply.
Salary - £28,074 per annum (pro-rata applicable)

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Job Coach to join our team, supporting young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) as they move into meaningful, paid employment.
In this rewarding role, you will work closely with learners to understand their strengths, aspirations, and support needs, helping them overcome barriers to work and develop the skills and confidence required for the workplace. You’ll build strong relationships with employers to create high-quality work placement and employment opportunities, and provide ongoing support to both learners and employers to ensure positive and sustainable outcomes.
The Job Coach will be working 11 hours per week, term time only on a permanent basis.
Working collaboratively with the SEND team, you will monitor learner progress, complete workplace reviews, carry out health and safety processes, and contribute to EHCP reviews, while maintaining accurate records and reports. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference to young people’s lives by supporting their journey into employment and independence.
