Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Preparing annual budgets for financial planning.
• Providing weekly cash flow updates.
• Conducting monthly P&L and cash flow reviews.
• Implementing cost optimization programs.
• Reviewing loans to ensure financial health.
• Supporting sales and operations teams.
• Managing working capital and HR financial planning.

What We Expect From You

You should have a strong work ethic, high urgency, ownership, proactivity, humility, and passion for building businesses. Additionally, you should have:

• An accounting background, ideally over two years at a Big Four firm.
• Experience as CFO, Head of Finance, or Finance Director in a small or medium business.
• UK work permit.
• Experience in media and conferences is preferred but not mandatory.
