Job summary

City Lit in London’s Covent Garden is seeking a Tutor Coordinator for Jewellery. This 21-hour-per-week role across three days combines course design, programming and growth, with occasional evenings and weekends.

You will lead on promotion of the Jewellery programme, support tutors, technicians and students, manage administrative and quality assurance procedures, and teach when needed. The ideal candidate has experience developing courses in adult education, strong communication, and a current

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and managing courses and curriculum in an adult education setting.
• Experience coordinating a team of tutors, including planning and oversight of courses.
• Up-to-date knowledge, enthusiasm and interest in jewellery design and making.
• Excellent communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• A current jewellery practice with links to industry and evidence of contemporary practice.
• Experience teaching two or more jewellery areas to a high standard in adult education.
