Job summary

Watches of Switzerland Group PLC is seeking an Assistant Merchandiser for the Jewellery Merchandise Team, based at our Support Centre in Leicester. This temporary MAT cover role combines strong merchandising insight with close collaboration across teams to drive profitable outcomes.

You will bring substantial retail merchandising experience, lead and coach colleagues, and actively manage priorities and budgets while leveraging strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Considerable experience in retail merchandising, allocator, or retail analyst arena.
• Evidence of supervising and coaching other team members to deliver outstanding results.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• Experience of working within a budget whilst still trading profit opportunities.
• Strong systems and Excel knowledge.
• Ability to co-ordinate a number of competing priorities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Highly self-motivated and target driven.
