Job Description

About the Role

The Client Services Assistant reports to the Operations Manager and plays an integral part in client services. This full-time role is based at our Flagship store in Central London.

This entry to mid-level position depends on relevant experience in a similar operational role within a luxury jewellery environment. It offers a fantastic opportunity to work with exquisite products within an established and growing brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main contact between the Retail team and suppliers regarding client orders, repairs, valuations, and price inquiries.
  • Manage client, wholesale, and stock repairs from start to finish.
  • Oversee special orders and bespoke items.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and workshops for repairs and orders.
  • Organise dispatches and collections via couriers.
  • Receive and record inbound parcels.
  • Assist with stock replenishment alongside the Product Management Coordinator.
  • Support the Merchandising, Production, and Operations teams with assay management.
  • QC and onboard stock and repairs.
  • Help with gemstone inventories and sourcing of stones.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties related to Client Services.
  • Participate in projects to improve processes and procedures.
Skills and Attributes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with delivery portals like DHL, FedEx, etc.
  • Intermediate Excel and numerical skills
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Comfortable with stock and IT systems (training provided)

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday.
